Program Design

Whether you live outside of the city of San Francisco or require flexibility in your training schedule, I can work with you to create a custom-designed training program that will fit your needs. Offered to a select few individuals each year, this program is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can commit to training without a coach’s direct supervision.

What you receive:

  • Initial evaluation (via Skype if you live outside of the Bay Area)

  • Strength training plan customized to your goals and unique injury history

  • Support via email, phone

  • Nutritional guidance, meal timing and macronutrient goals.

  • New, personalized strength training program every 5-7 weeks.

  • Customized workout calendar

  • Detailed videos explaining proper form and benefits of each exercise

  • Movement evaluation and feedback
