Using mobility tools, stretching, and movement, The Release brings awareness to your entire body while addressing specific postural concerns. • Clothing should be tight-fitting to allow ease of movement on yoga therapy balls
• Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons
• Those with latex sensitivities should wear long pants and sleeves
