Project ACL

A comprehensive strength and movement course designed to decrease the instance of knee injury in female athletes. Athletes will learn how to correctly jump, land, cut and will increase their muscular strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and proprioception. All classes will be taught by expert trainer and PhD student, Liz Letchford, MS, ATC.
